This is the MyrkaMUX character request form. Please fill out the form with your requested name (please include a second name option in case your first choice has been used), your sex, and your email address. A password will be randomly generated upon character creation.
When you submit the form, please allow a few hours for your character to be created. When it has been created, your information will be emailed to your supplied email address. So please make sure you submit a valid email address.
